Welcome Roxanne and Salvatore
Roxanne Mihm recently joined One Source Business Capital (One Source) as the administrative manager. In this role, she manages the daily business operations and assists the firm with coordinating business deals to help business owners and entrepreneurs succeed. One Source provides funding options to companies that may not meet the lending criteria from traditional banking institutions.

Mihm has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial banking industry in Southwest Florida. She previously worked for Fifth Third Bank in its Commercial, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services areas. Her entrepreneurial spirit assisted in her next banking opportunity working for a “Florida Based Florida Focused” startup bank. As the Card Product Manager, she was responsible for its Commercial and Retail Card programs and managing its vendor relationship for merchant services.
Salvatore Capodicci recently joined One Source Business Capital (One Source) as a Business Development Officer. In this role, he assists businesses in gaining funds for commercial real estate and operations. One Source provides funding options to companies that may not meet the lending criteria from traditional banking institutions.

Capodicci joins the One Source team with over 15 years of business management and ownership experience, as well as seven years in the auto financing industry.
