(December 14, 2020) Victoria Pelka with One Source Business Capital (One Source) recently expanded business operations to include an office in Austin, Texas. She serves as a business development officer, assisting businesses in gaining funds for commercial real estate and operations. One Source provides additional options to companies that may not meet the lending criteria from traditional banking institutions. Pelka works with clients to find the best fit among the numerous partnerships One Source has with non-bank lenders.

Pelka officially joined the One Source team in October 2017, although she has worked behind the scenes much longer. With a background in Marketing and Business Development, she has experience in SBA 7(a) and 504 programs, small balance commercial deals, and various other funding solutions in a myriad of industries.
